Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIME

• We at Bluebird Arts aim to process and ship your order within 24-48 hours once the order is confirmed.

• You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.

• The estimated average delivery time across Sri Lanka is 3 to 7 working days after shipping.

• Parcels exceeding 3 kg of weight are shipped over land and hence might take longer than usual.

• During sale or any event delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log.

DELIVERY CHARGES

• For all orders, standard delivery rates will be charged: LKR 250.

WANT TO AMEND YOUR ORDER?

You can NOT revise your order after placement. In case you still want to make any changes, please message us on our social media channels or reach out on online-sl@bluebirdarts.com within 6 hrs. If your order is not dispatched from our warehouse, we would cancel it for you to place a new one.
